University of Chicago Bartlett Hall

This major renovation transformed Bartlett Hall, originally constructed in 1903, from an athletics and recreation center into a student dining commons and collegiate hall. Care was taken to preserve the historic character of the building, which includes Gothic detailing and a Tiffany-style stained glass window. The 64,300 square-foot facility now includes a 550-seat dining facility and modern kitchens. Pepper Construction served as the General Contractor.
