Located in Chicago's South Loop, University Center was a $1.3 million painting & decorating project that Continental Painting completed in 2004. The 702,000 square-feet, 18-story building is one of the nation's largest joint student residence halls. University Center is jointly owned by Columbia College, Roosevelt University and DePaul University and will house 1,680 students.
