Multi-Unit Residential
Skybridge is a 39-story mixed-use residential high rise constructed of two condominium towers connected by a glass bridge walkway above the 14th floor. The first tower totals 408,000 square feet and contains condominium units, parking and a grocery store. The second tower is 468,000 square feet of condominium units. This project required the complex application of textured finishes. Walsh Construction served as the General Contractor.
