Continental Painting frequently hires talented and motivated individuals to fill Project Estimator positions. We seek energetic, career-minded candidates with strong communications, organizational and leadership skills. A college degree in a construction-related field is required. Project Estimator
The Project Estimator position includes the following responsibilities:

• Performing quantity surveying
• Analyzing production rates
• Assigning costs and profit margins
• Producing client proposals
• Ensuring overall client satisfaction
• Interacting with clients and field supervision
• Implementing corporate systems and procedures

As the Project Estimator gains experience, he/she will assist in project management responsibilities, including the following:

• Analyzing and managing risks in projects
• Troubleshooting problem items on projects
• Developing project management skills
• Coordination with accounting department and operations group
