Continental Painting’s work with the Chicago Fire Department includes firehouses for Engine Company 102 and Engine Company 121. Both are one-story masonry facilities that provide the latest in firefighting technology and communications. Each facility contains a state-of-the-art watch tower, a staff training area, firefighter and officer quarters, locker-room facilities for men and women, and a workout facility. These projects will achieve LEED “Silver” Certification.
